{Ingredients} homemade pizza dough boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded homemade ranch dressing mozzarella, Italian blend, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese roma tomatoes green onions garlic {Directions} Shape pizza dough on pan. Spread a layer of ranch dressing over dough. Add chicken, then cheeses. Top with tomatoes and green onions. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan on top. {Ingredients} 2 cups warm water 1 Tbsp yeast 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter 2 tsp sugar or honey 2 tsp salt addition of Italian seasoning and garlic powder if so desired {Directions} Mix yeast in with sugar and water. Let proof. Add olive oil and flour then salt. Stir until dough pulls away from the sides. Let rise.
{Ingredients} boneless skinless chicken breasts brown rice cheddar and Monterrey jack cheeses pineapple mandarin oranges peaches cherry tomatoes green onions {Directions} Cook the chicken in a skillet, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, until cooked through, then shred. Toss with a little olive oil and finish cooking. If desired add a. herbes de provence, b. sage and or/hdp c. a mixture of coriander, cumin, curry, turmeric while initially cooking. Pile on toppings at will.

{Ingredients} 1 1/2 cups warm milk 2 Tbsp salted butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 2/3 cups flour 1 cup ground oatmeal 1 Tbsp cocoa 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast 1 Tbsp oatmeal (for top of loaves) {Directions} Warm milk. Add yeast and sugar. Let proof. Add oatmeal, cocoa, salt, butter. Stir in flour and mix until dough pulls away from the sides. Let rise. Form into six to eight baguettes. Place on oiled pan. Cut three slits with a sharp serrated knife on top of each loaf. Moisten tops with water and sprinkle oatmeal on loaves. Let rise again.
